Kubota in Europe is seeking a proactive Service Area Manager to provide technical support to the Italian dealer network and report to the Service Manager. You will strengthen dealer performance, support after-sales activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of Kubota Construction Machinery products and services.

The successful candidate will travel frequently within Italy and across Europe, delivering knowledge and on-site guidance to service teams.

Competenze

Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or construction equipment engineering background.
Hands-on experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
Experience in after-sales or service management roles.
Experience in dealer support and dealer network management.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

Promote and support after-sales service strategies across the dealer network.
Provide technical assistance to Italian dealers and service teams.
Act as interface between dealers and Kubota factories for technical matters.
Visit dealers to assess service performance and provide on-site support.
Support dealers in diagnosing and resolving complex issues, remotely or on-site.
Collect and report product quality and reliability issues for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Service Department and share field knowledge.
Deliver technical training to dealer staff when needed.
