John Deere Italy is seeking a Territory Customer Support Manager to support the dealer network and drive aftersales growth. You will promote connectivity, guide skill development, and implement digital initiatives across the territory, while aligning with John Deere strategic goals.

The role emphasizes customer experience, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to elevate post-sales services in Italy.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and English required for client and dealer interactions.
• Ability to work autonomously and organize own activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Manage Customer Support activities with the dealer network.
• Support dealers in developing competencies and capabilities in Aftermarket.
• Promote adoption of connectivity, digitalization and Connected Support.
• Be the reference for Customer Experience initiatives and satisfaction improvements.
• Analyze post-sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver training, coaching and consultancy on products, services, processes and strategic initiatives aimed at growing the post-sales business.
• Support the implementation of John Deere projects and programs within the dealer network.
• Build strong collaboration with dealers and internal stakeholders.
• Operate in accordance with John Deere values, ethics and policies.
