Tecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship company for Integrated E&C solutions, is seeking a Construction Engineer to join the Construction Engineering Management function. The role spans Construction Engineering and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), with initial assignments defined by background and interests.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement and Site teams to plan, coordinate and execute construction activities across international projects, developing a multidisciplinary skillset in a

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project/Construction/Planning Engineering on international projects.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills for multinational teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across technical backgrounds.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools; availability for temporary assignments abroad.

Mansioni

• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of construction activities through project lifecycle.
• Contribute to development and review of construction execution strategies and work sequences.
• Interface with Engineering, Procurement and Site teams to address construction requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify constraints and support corrective actions; collaborate to improve productivity.
• Support analysis of construction performance indicators and project execution data.
• Support AW P implementation and management of EWPs, CWPs and IWPs.
