Tecnimont invites motivated engineering graduates to join via an apprenticeship contract, supporting early-career professionals with structured training, mentoring, and hands-on project involvement.

You will contribute to integrated solutions for complex industrial plants and participate in global projects across disciplines, with mentorship and career growth in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in chemical, mechanical, civil, energy, electrical or automation engineering.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
• Interest in engineering topics and emerging technologies.

Mansioni

• Execute assigned design activities following instructions and project requirements.
• Keep the team informed of progress and status of activities.
• Ensure effective information flow within the project team.
• Develop studies and analyses under supervision following procedures.
• Review engineering documentation and provide observations.
• Prepare or update engineering documentation per procedures and standards.
