Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge Intern to join our Front Office team, starting from October 2026 for six months. The role supports guest requests and collaborates with our Concierge team to elevate the guest experience.

You will handle guest inquiries, assist with hotel services and events, and learn to use hotel software while delivering warm, precise service in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge Intern to join the Team, starting from October 2026 for six months. The Concierge Intern supports the team in anticipating and fulfilling a diverse range of guest requests. In collaboration with our Concierge team, this role is committed to elevating the guest experience, ensuring each stay is both seamless and memorable.

What you will do

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist customers in inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
• Promptly inform the Management team i n case of guests’ complaints.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
• Be knowledgeable regarding activities available in the city, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions.
• Learn how to utilize a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.
• Answer internal and external calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Switchboard Operator.
• Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed.
