Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is offering a Finance Intern position in Florence. You will gain hands-on experience in hotel finance while supporting daily operations across the General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Cashiering.

The role provides exposure to corporate standards, financial controls and local compliance procedures. Available from October 2026 for six months, full time, with eligibility to work in Italy required.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a luxury hospitality environment, learning the fundamentals of hotel finance while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.

Working alongside the Team, you will develop practical knowledge across General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Cashiering, while gaining exposure to corporate standards, financial controls, and local compliance procedures.
