Hotel La Palma, Capri’s luxury 50-room property, invites a Commis de Rang to join the Casa Tua dining team on Capri. You will contribute to a five-star dining experience, delivering precise service, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and engaging guests personally whenever possible.

Profile

In this role, the Commis de Rang contributes to the excellence of the guest experience by upholding the highest culinary and service standards, delivering proactive, timely, and attentive support throughout the dining journey. The Commis de Rang efficiently clears and resets tables, replenishes service items, supports smooth coordination among the team, and communicates openly and respectfully with colleagues and internal partners, including the kitchen. The role requires strong teamwork, accuracy in transactions, and the ability to remain calm, focused, and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment, offering confident menu recommendations when needed.
