7Pines Resort Sardinia is seeking a Commis de rang for the 2025 season at our luxury resort in Sardinia. You will be part of the restaurant team delivering impeccable service. Responsibilities include organizing mise en place, greeting guests, handling orders, and coordinating with kitchen and service staff.

• Previous experience in luxury hotels.
• Strong customer service mindset.

• Cleaning equipment and tables.
• Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge.
• Handling the bill and the till (if required).
• Handling dishes at the buffet (if present).
• Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone.
• Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen.
