Schneider Electric is seeking a Technical Project Leader for our Process Automation (PA) business unit. The role focuses on leading technically complex PA projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and acting as the primary technical liaison with customers and suppliers.

Travel up to 50% is required to support on-site activities. The successful candidate will manage design reviews, risk assessment, and cost/schedule adherence while ensuring compliance with Schneider Electric standards and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/automation engineering or related field.
• Proven technical experience with PLC, DCS, or SCADA systems.
• Experience with Modicon, AVEVA, and DCS/Safety tech is a strong plus.
• Good English skills for international project delivery.

• Plan, execute and control technically complex PA projects.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary project team and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Act as main technical contact with customers and suppliers.
• Define technical solutions, architectures, scope, and execution strategies.
• Prepare technical reviews, meetings, and milestone discussions.
• Ensure compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and HSE policies.
