Job summary

eXalt is launching a new offering in Italy and seeking a Director to establish the Milan subsidiary and lead rapid growth. You will promote our services, recruit and build the local team, and drive strategic development while managing the P&L autonomously.

You will engage with leading players in Milan, structure partnerships, and shape the go-to-market approach to scale the business in Tech & Digital Services and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in selling services to industry clients (consulting, IT services, or specialized firms).
• Believes in eXalt, its talents, and offerings; loves sales and recruitment.
• Demonstrates determination and personable client engagement.
• Has experience managing sales teams and tech/digital consultants.
• Proactively proposes solutions aligned with client needs and goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Milan market launch and establish the local subsidiary.
• Build and lead the Milan-based team and develop partnerships with key players.
• Own strategic development decisions, including clients, team, and P&L management.
• Drive growth and position eXalt as a recognized growth player in Italy.
