Job summary

Group O is seeking a Client Services Representative to deliver exceptional client service and support. You will be the primary contact for clients, manage order fulfillment, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, relationship-building, and proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two plus years' experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and diligence.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a challenging environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Cheerful outlook and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date client information in ERP, set up orders and manage completion.
• Serve as main contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Build and maintain relationships to deliver personalized service.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Coordinate with sales, technical support, and account management to meet client needs.
• Gather and file proofs of delivery and shipping documents; monitor deadlines and expedites.
• Educate clients about products and services to maximize experience.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to assist clients.
• Collaborate with client services team to improve processes and client experience.
