Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Piemonte. The role focuses on receiving and responding to client inquiries, coordinating with origin stations and consolidation HUBs to satisfy requests.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in client service and airfreight operations, with strong problem solving, communication, and documentation skills. The position reports to the Customer Care team.

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• 2 years experience client service experience, 2 years experience airfreight operations.

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for receiving and responding to client inquiries and requests, coordinating the information flow with origin stations and consolidation HUBs in order to satisfy customer’s request.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
