PSA BDP Italy is seeking a logistics coordinator in Milano to oversee the coordination and execution of customer orders, ensuring compliance with forwarding regulations and PSA BDP standards.

You will work closely with customers, agents and warehouses to maintain documentation and support the international movement of goods, delivering reliable service and timely updates.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
• Degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• Computer literacy with MS Office and common logistics software.
• Proficient English (B2 level minimum).

Mansioni

• Coordinate and execute customer orders per PSA BDP procedures.
• Liaise with customers, agents, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate order status and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international movement of goods and documentation.

Scope

Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics Responsibilities:

Ethics Responsibilities

• Contact with the dedicated customer for instructions / reminder
• Processing of agent and early warning messages(network contact)
• Communicate information to customers and partners in parallel
• Handling of anomalies / disputes
• Proposal for corrective and preventive measures
• Contact with the warehouse and other subcontractors
• Duty to inform and advise the customer on the formalities of international movement of goods
• Duty to communicate the information of the files in charge to his hierarchical manager
• Monitoring the quality of service center services.
• Create SOP’s when require to support the offshoring process.
• Trouble shooting to proactively find suitable solutions in time and manner to the customer

Job Requiremen ts Requirement s :

• 2-3 years of experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation or Degree in Logistics
• Preferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications.
• Good communication skills in English (B2 level mínimum)
