Valentino in Milan is seeking an Intern to join the Client Experience Department. You will support monitoring of client service performance, prepare Excel dashboards, and build monthly and quarterly reports for global and local markets.

You will participate in UAT and help document requirements for new features and process improvements. You should be a recent graduate or current student in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field, with strong analytical skills and fluent English.

Competenze

• Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical approach and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Support monitoring and analysis of client service performance and KPIs.
• Prepare Excel files and dashboards for monitoring.
• Build monthly and quarterly reports for global and local markets.
• Assist in performance reviews in Excel or PowerPoint.
• Participate in UAT activities and document requirements for new features.
• Track project activities and deliverables using planner tools.
• Maintain operational documentation and back-office tasks.
• Assist with administrative tasks in Client Service operations.
