Janus Henderson Investors is hiring for a hybrid, client-focused role in Italy. You will lead presentations and training across domestic networks, conduct outreach to prospects, and create cost-efficient road shows in major Italian cities.

You will build and maintain networks, report to the Director, and collaborate with the London product unit to align with fund offerings. The role requires strong communication, Italian and English fluency, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to drive growth

Competenze

• Must be fluent in Italian and English for dialogues with London's investment floor.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities essential.

Mansioni

• Organise and deliver presentations and training for domestic IFAS/PBs networks with the retail team.
• Conduct cold calls to prospects and prepare ad hoc presentations for retail networks.
• Design marketing ideas and budget-friendly road shows for major Italian cities.
• Maintain and develop networks and relationships to drive growth and client satisfaction.
• Report to the Director, Client Group Italy on Retail Distribution.
