K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our permanent team in Italy. The role centers on collaborating with enterprise customers to design and deploy AI-driven agents, turning complex problems into reliable, production-ready solutions.

The successful candidate will translate ambiguous business needs into practical technical designs, build across systems and data flows, and own the delivery from design through deployment and iteration.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles.
Strong software design fundamentals and systems thinking.
Experience working across systems, integrations and data flows.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical designs and working solutions.
Experience building, deploying and improving production systems.
Strong ownership of reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
Comfort working directly with customers and internal Product and Engineering teams.
Clear communication skills.
Interest in AI-powered systems and real-world automation.
