OpenText in Italy seeks a Client Executive to own end-to-end relationship management for strategic Banking & Financial Services clients. You will align OpenText’s portfolio with client priorities, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and drive multi-year plans to accelerate digital transformation.

You will build trusted C-suite relationships, lead negotiations, and identify growth across AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Information Management in a fast-changing market.

You will align OpenText’s portfolio with client priorities, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver long-term value. You’ll drive multi-year account plans, identify transformational opportunities, and lead executive engagements to accelerate digital transformation. This role centers on shaping outcomes at scale in a fast-changing AI-first environment.

• Act as executive account leader for top Banking & Financial Services clients in Italy
• Own end-to-end account strategy, revenue growth, and long-term client success
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and economic buyers
• Lead multi-year account planning aligned with client priorities
• Identify and execute growth across AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Information Management, and Business Networks
• Orchestrate specialists, Client Success, Professional Services, Partners, and sponsors
• Drive pipeline growth, whitespace identification, and forecast accuracy
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic negotiations across stakeholders
• Proven ability to build trusted C-suite relationships
• Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional orchestration
• Experience managing complex enterprise client environments and multi-stakeholder organizations
• Success in strategic account planning and enterprise sales execution
• Industry expertise in Banking or Financial Services
• Experience in Information Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation (desirable)
