Experteer Italy is seeking a Marketing Support specialist to coordinate the local team, enhance client growth and engagement, and manage CRM actions in boutique settings. You will analyze data to deliver weekly and monthly insights, support clienteling initiatives, and collaborate with HO Marketing to ensure high-end service and effective campaigns.

Role requires a marketing degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong time management and stress-resilience in a luxury retail

In this role, you support and coordinate the marketing team to maximize ROI through client growth and engagement. You will manage local client database activities, oversee CRM actions, and drive clienteling initiatives in boutique settings. Collaboration with the HO Marketing department is key to delivering high-end service and effective campaigns. You will analyze data and share weekly and monthly performance insights to shape local client development.

• Ensure accuracy of the client database
