Job summary

LOEWE in Rome is seeking a Client Advisor Intern to support delivering a refined client experience in a luxury boutique. You will immerse yourself in day-to-day operations, learn retail best practices, and develop clienteling skills while contributing to team success.

This internship runs three months and includes mentorship, study support of €800 gross per month, and exposure to product storytelling, CRM activities, and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers with a personalised approach.
• Familiarity with CRM activities and post-sale follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Support client experience with memorable, personalised interactions.
• Assist in building client relationships and CRM activities.
• Support product presentation through storytelling and understanding collections.
• Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate advisor.
• Assist with order preparation, packaging and gifting.
• Collaborate with the team on daily store operations.
• Support Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards.
• Assist in organizing and executing in-store events.
• Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and professional standards.
