Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years in luxury retail and excel in building authentic relationships. The role involves guiding clients through tailored experiences, contributing to boutique performance, and integrating made-to-measure services.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer-focused environment

• Team-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and autonomous approach
• Comfortable with digital tools supporting clientelling and sales activities
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
• Understanding of retail operations, including sales processes and stock management
