Job Responsibility

• Collection/Sample Range:
• Preparation of panels for meetings and PowerPoint presentations
• Preparation of materials for collection development
• Material orders
• Support for supplier contact and monitoring of collection progress
• Management of color cards and mood boards for suppliers
• Supplier appointment management / calendar
• Project progress monitoring (status)
• Support for pre-selection of samples and studies
• Reporting/Documents:
• Directives
• Support for guidelines, counts, collection briefs, PK, etc.
• Reports and presentations for seasonal meetings
• Research
• Sample and Archive Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification providing knowledge of the product;
• 2/3 years of previous experience;
• Italian language proficiency at C1 level or above;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Familiarity with the main graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Precision, passion, organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude;
• Dynamic and flexible approach to work.
