RGI is seeking a visionary Head of Claims Professional Services to lead our delivery practice and shape transformation initiatives for Europe’s top insurers. You will bridge business strategy, operations, and technology, guiding multidisciplinary teams and engaging executives to drive measurable outcomes.

You will influence senior stakeholders, drive complex programmes from design through implementation, and ensure long-term partnerships that deliver tangible business value.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on Claims.
• Proven track record leading large Claims transformation or modernisation programmes.
• Experience engaging with C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution excellence.
• International experience is highly appreciated.

• Lead the Professional Services practice focused on Claims transformation initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor for senior insurance executives and business stakeholders.
• Drive the successful delivery of complex Claims programmes from strategic design through implementation.
• Guide and mentor highly skilled functional consultants and business analysts.
• Support pre-sales initiatives by providing industry expertise and helping define transformation roadmaps.
