P&C Insurance seeks an experienced IT Referent with RGI PASS expertise to support the management of application evolutions, projects, and operational initiatives within the P&C insurance domain.

The selected consultant will act as the primary IT contact, coordinating business needs, technical teams, vendors, and security requirements to ensure successful delivery of project and change activities. This remote role is based in Milan with a 6-12 month contract and ASAP start.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with RGI PASS.
• Understanding of insurance processes, preferably P&C.
• Interact effectively with architects, developers, infrastructure and security teams.
• Experience managing IT projects, evolutions and vendor coordination.
• Fluent Italian and professional English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Act as IT lead for the PASS platform and related applications.
• Coordinate enhancements, projects, releases and change initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Challenge and assess solutions proposed by vendors and technical teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Business, IT, Infra, Security, Testing, external suppliers).
• Manage project planning, execution tracking, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support incident resolution and complex problem-solving activities.
• Ensure governance, reporting and communication across stakeholders.
• Drive meetings and workshops with both business and technical teams.
