RGI Group in Milano leads the Claims transformation space, guiding strategic programmes and shaping enterprise-scale solutions for top European insurers. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operations and technology, requiring deep domain expertise and credible executive influence.

You will drive delivery, mentor cross-functional teams of analysts and consultants, and shape transformation roadmaps with senior client stakeholders.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on Claims.
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end Claims processes across Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proven track record leading large Claims transformation or modernisation programmes.
• Experience working with tier-one insurers or major insurance software ecosystems.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing senior teams and complex delivery organisations.
• Ability to engage confidently with C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution excellence.
• International experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments is highly appreciated.
• Fluent English.

The challenge

As Head of Claims Professional Services, you will take ownership of our Claims delivery practice, acting as the bridge between insurance business strategy, operational excellence and technology execution.

You will work with senior client stakeholders, support the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes, and lead multidisciplinary teams of analysts, consultants, and subject matter experts.

Your expertise will help clients redesign and evolve their Claims operations while ensuring successful execution, measurable business outcomes and long-term partnerships.
