Job summary

Allianz Technology in Lombardy seeks an IT Claims Transformation Manager to drive the transformation of the Italian Claims platform within a global program. You will govern service delivery, manage budgets, and steer GenAI-enabled development across stakeholders, ensuring platform stability and realized benefits.

Qualifications

• Analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex IT services and platforms.
• Proven program and portfolio management in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Solid understanding of IT service management practices.
• Experience guiding GenAI adoption at platform and team level.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GC).
• Degree in IT, Engineering or Management with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan and steer the transformation roadmap, manage scope, budget, forecast and milestones.
• Contribute to end-to-end service management and KPI achievement.
• Coordinate with Allianz Technology Group and local teams in Italy within the global program.
• Engage with the business to define new technological solutions and strategy.
• Govern adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI across the lifecycle.
• Guide teams in AI-driven development practices and rollout.
• Monitor performance, incidents, and risks to align with business goals.
