Job summary

Generali is seeking an IT Application Manager to steer change across existing applications used by Group Head Office Corporate Functions. You will manage requirements, assess risks, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of changes, including AI-assisted development, across complex stakeholder groups and vendors.

You will maintain architecture knowledge, lead change processes, and collaborate with Production Services for service transitions while upholding security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of similar experience in an international context.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI coding technologies and AI-assisted software development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation and software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from Change Initiators and evaluate impacts, risks and costs for applications.
• Maintain deep knowledge of functional domain, architecture and tech stack of assigned apps.
• Execute change management per internal guidelines and Group Policies.
• Collaborate with Production Services to assess impacts of changes on services and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support Service Transition activities to ensure readiness before release and post go-live.
• Analyze regulatory and compliance impacts and define remediation actions with stakeholders in mind.
• Manage interactions with vendors, third parties, and AI providers, coordinating delivery to time, budget and quality.
