adidas Concept Stores in Rome seeks a Retail Marketing Activation Expert to connect stores with the city and communities, driving brand heat, cultural relevance, and business impact through retail activation, events, influencers, PR, media, and community engagement.

You will bridge the in-store consumer journey with adidas brand strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, consistent activations that boost consumer perception and store performance.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of marketing, communications, or retail marketing experience.
• Proven track record delivering activations or events.
• In-store retail experience is a plus.
• Strong connection to local trends and city culture.

Mansioni

• Execute seasonal activation program aligned with adidas brand guidelines and localize it for the Concept stores.
• Develop additional local activations (windows, VM, in-store comms, events, PR & influencer activations).
• Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality activations and events within stores, ensuring on-time and within budget.
• Partner with store leadership to integrate activations into the consumer journey and drive business impact.
• Build relationships with local communities, cultural players, and influencers relevant to sport, style and culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on strategies, KPIs, and approvals.
• Manage budget and optimize ROI; oversee external agencies and vendors.
• Monitor KPIs and provide optimization recommendations.
• Create locally relevant content consistent with adidas brand voice.
