Adidas is seeking a Retail Marketing Activation Expert to connect Concept Stores with the city and communities in Italy. You will drive brand heat through activations, events, influencers, PR, media and community engagement, aligning with adidas' city brand strategy.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative, consistent activations that boost store performance and consumer perception, while managing budgets and monitoring KPIs.

Competenze

• University degree in marketing and business.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communication, retail and/or retail marketing.
• Proven track record in planning and delivering marketing activations and/or events.
• In-store retail experience is a plus.
• Passion and knowledge of local trends, lifestyle trends and consumer, with strong connection to the city.
• Excellent project and event management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management: ability to influence and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cross-functional marketing levers such as media, PR and influencers.
• Analytical skills and budget management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Execute the seasonal activation program in line with adidas brand guidelines, adapting the activation calendar to the Concept store context.
• Develop and deliver local activations (windows, VM, in-store communication, events, PR & influencer activations).
• Act as project and event producer: plan, organize and deliver activations and events within stores, ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with store leadership to integrate activations into the consumer journey and maximize business impact.
• Build relationships with local communities, cultural players and influencers relevant to sport, style and culture.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on strategies, approvals, KPIs, and execution.
• Work with external agencies, suppliers and communities to co-create activations.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI; provide recommendations for optimization.
• Manage assigned activation budget and ensure compliance with processes.
• Stay updated on local trends and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas to activation calendars.
• Create locally relevant content and storytelling assets in line with brand voice.
