SANY Group is seeking a Channel Service Engineer to oversee dealer technical service for material handlers, 45-ton reach stackers and stackers in Central Italy. You will upgrade dealer service capabilities and drive local product adaptation while coordinating with China R&D.

The role requires hands-on expertise in hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems, fluent Italian and strong cross‑border communication with R&D teams. Travel across Central Italy is expected.

Competenze

• 3+ years of after-sales and channel service experience in construction or port machinery.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems; able to troubleshoot large equipment.
• Ability to summarize local product adaptation problems for R&D feedback.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English for cross-border technical communication.
• Hold a valid driving license and willingness to frequent travel in Central Italy.
• Possess dealer management awareness and good cross-team communication.

Mansioni

• Manage daily dealer service cooperation and standardize after-sales processes for core equipment.
• Provide professional technical training for dealers on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems; remote/on-site support.
• Tackle difficult failures and perform fault diagnosis to improve first-time fix rate.
• Collect local market feedback and report failure data to China R&D for optimization.
• Track dealer service KPIs and optimize regional after-sales processes.
• Maintain long-term dealer relationships and coordinate equipment upgrades and retrofit projects.
