SANY Group is seeking a Channel Service Engineer based in Central Italy to oversee dealer technical service and management for core products including material handlers, 45-ton reach stackers and stackers.

You will upgrade dealer service capabilities, resolve on-site issues, drive product localization and maintain stable dealer partnerships across Italy. Fluent Italian and English are required, with willingness to travel frequently within Central Italy.

Competenze

• 3+ years of after-sales and channel service experience in construction or port machinery; experience with material handlers, reach stackers or stackers is a plus.
• Solid expertise in hydraulic, electrical and mechanical system principles and troubleshooting for large port and material handling equipment; strong problem-solving.
• Ability to summarize local product adaptation problems and propose optimization suggestions for R&D iterations.
• Fluent in Italian, proficient in English for cross-border technical communication with Chinese teams.
• Hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel frequently across Central Italy.
• Possess basic dealer management awareness and good cross-team communication and coordination abilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Channel Service Engineer based in Central Italy to oversee dealer technical service and management for SANY’s core products: material handlers, 45-ton reach stackers and stackers. Acting as the key technical link between local dealers, SANY Italy and China R&D, you will upgrade dealer service capabilities, resolve complex on-site technical issues, drive product localization optimization and maintain stable dealer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Dealer Service Management & Capacity Building Manage daily dealer service cooperation, formulate standardized after-sales processes for our core equipment, and continuously improve the professionalism and service quality of dealer service teams.
• 2. Technical Training & Support Provide professional technical training for dealers covering mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, fault diagnosis and daily maintenance of material handlers, reach stackers and stackers. Deliver remote and on-site technical support for daily service issues.
• 3. Complex Fault Resolution Independently tackle difficult and escalated equipment failures that dealers cannot resolve. Specialize in troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical and mechanical system faults to improve first-time fix rate and service efficiency.
• 4. Product Localization & R&D Communication Collect local market feedback and equipment failure data, communicate with China R&D team to promote product adaptive optimization, technical iteration and local upgrading.
• 5. Service KPI & Process Optimization Track core dealer service KPIs, optimize regional after-sales processes, standardize service operations and reduce equipment failure rates.
• 6. Dealer Relationship Maintenance Maintain long‑term, stable cooperation with core dealers, coordinate equipment upgrades and retrofit projects, and support sustainable channel business development.

Requirements

• 1. At least 3 years of after-sales and channel service experience in construction or port machinery; relevant experience with material handlers, reach stackers and stackers is preferred.
• 2. Solid expertise in hydraulic, electrical and mechanical system principles and troubleshooting of large port and material handling equipment, with strong independent problem-solving skills.
• 3. Able to summarize local product adaptation problems and put forward effective optimization suggestions for R&D iteration.
• 4. Fluent in Italian, proficient English for cross‑border technical communication with Chinese teams.
• 5. Hold a valid driving license and accept frequent business travel across Central Italy.
• 6. Possess basic dealer management awareness and good cross‑team communication and coordination abilities.
