SANY Group in Central Italy is seeking a Channel Service Engineer to oversee dealer technical service for material handlers, 45-ton reach stackers and stackers. You will upgrade dealer capabilities, resolve on-site issues and drive local product optimization while maintaining strong dealer partnerships.

The role requires 3+ years in after-sales/channel service for heavy equipment, fluent Italian, proficient English, and willingness to travel across Central Italy.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of after-sales and channel service experience in construction or port machinery.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems and troubleshooting for large port and material handling equipment.
• Fluent in Italian with proficient English for cross-border communication.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Central Italy.
• Good dealer management awareness and cross-team coordination.

Mansioni

• Oversee dealer service management and capacity building, standardize after-sales processes.
• Provide professional technical training and on-site remote support for equipment.
• Independently tackle complex faults in hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Collect local feedback and communicate with R&D for product optimization.
• Monitor dealer service KPIs and optimize regional service operations.
• Maintain long-term dealer relationships and coordinate upgrades.
