GoStudent launches its first Tuition Center in Arese, Italy, seeking a Centre Manager to lead our hybrid tutoring concept that blends online, group, and in-person sessions. You will be at the heart of a passionate team with direct impact on students, families and the local community.

You will steer local marketing, operations, and a tutor team, report to the Head of Revenue, and drive customer growth in a fast‑growing EdTech environment.

We’re launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centers in Arese — and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! Contract

Fixed Term, part‑time (approx. 30h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base of 20.000 € plus a 5% Gross profit of the centre

Your Role in Our Mission

• Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment
• Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services
• Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data‑driven insights to optimise results
• Maintain a welcoming, safe and well‑functioning learning space for students and tutors
• Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market
