GoStudent GmbH is seeking a Junior Tutor Operations Manager to support tutor recruitment across our online marketplace and offline centers. You will help match students with excellent tutors and contribute to expanding education projects, including LEGO Robotics courses.

You will lead online and offline recruitment, onboarding and operational excellence, working with cross-functional teams. Strong Italian/English is essential; Spanish is a plus. Flexible hybrid work model offered.

Junior Tutor Operations Manager with Italian and spanish- (all genders)

Contract: Fixed term 1 year / full time 40h/week

At GoStudent, we're looking for a Junior Tutor Operations Manager to support the recruitment of tutors across both our online marketplace and our growing network of offline centers and education projects.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that students are matched with excellent tutors while supporting the expansion of exciting initiatives such as LEGO Robotics courses.
As part of the Tutor Team, you'll contribute to tutor recruitment, selection, onboarding and operational excellence and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Role in Our Journey

• Online Tutor Recruitment
  • Review tutor registrations and ensure candidates meet GoStudent's quality standards.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey and provide an excellent tutor experience.
  • Perform onboarding and compliance checks, ensuring all required documentation is completed before tutors become active.
• Offline Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Conduct tutor interviews and assess subject expertise, motivation and communication skills.
  • Recruit tutors for GoStudent Learning Centres, LEGO Robotics courses and other offline education projects.
  • Source and qualify tutor candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including outbound outreach.
  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Support local recruitment campaigns based on geographical demand and subject shortages.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with centre managers, Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Manage tutor requests coming from centre managers and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and contribute ideas to optimize efficiency.
  • Help monitor recruitment KPIs and maintain high data quality across recruitment tools.

What You Will Bring

• Strong communication skills in Italian and English (C1+) + Spanish fluency is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A people-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Confidence working with digital tools (Google Workspace, Claude, HubSpot or similar CRM systems).
• Interest in education, recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, operations or customer service is a plus but not required.
