GoStudent seeks a Centre Manager for Milan to lead its first GoStudent Tuition Center. This hybrid model blends online, group, and in-person tutoring, reporting to the Head of Revenue.

Lead a local tutor team, drive marketing and sales, and ensure high student outcomes. You will oversee daily operations, build relationships with students and parents, and monitor KPIs to continuously improve learning experiences.

Contract

Fixed Term, part-time (approx. 30h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base of 20.000 € plus a 5% Gross profit of the centre

Your Role in Our Mission

• Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment
• Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services
• Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results
• Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors
• Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market
