Kids&Us Language School Belux in Brescia is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support teachers, plan lessons, and coordinate school events.

You will monitor student progress, communicate with families, conduct trimester evaluations, and contribute to a positive, energetic learning environment. Fluency in English (C2) and strong organizational skills are essential; teaching experience is a plus, and a background check is mandatory.

Contract type: Fixed-term / Permanent

Hours: 20-22 hours per week

Start date: 01/10/26

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level)

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A). The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
