Beko Europe is seeking an intern to join the Central Demand Planning EMEA team in Milan, helping drive the monthly S&OP cycle and align demand with supply and financial targets.

You will support data validation, forecasting, and reporting while developing cross-functional collaboration and analytic skills in a dynamic environment. The role offers a 6-month curricular internship with 900€ gross monthly reimbursement and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or similar data/forecasting tools is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and proactive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills for multicultural, cross-functional work.

Mansioni

• Support the Central Demand Planning team in the monthly S&OP process.
• Validate data and track performance to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to building and maintaining statistical forecasts for reliable demand.
• Analyze forecast performance and provide insights to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand demand drivers.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for S&OP meetings and reviews.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for forecasting tools.
• Assist in ad-hoc analyses and projects related to demand planning and business performance.
