Job summary

HP Italy seeks a Commercial and Consumer Peripherals ACM to lead category management, shaping business plans and growth strategies with cross-functional teams. You will monitor KPIs, analyze customer feedback, and build strong partner relationships.

The role also covers product line and quota management for key segments, plus involvement in external IT vendor partnerships. This full-time position offers an attractive OTE and benefits package, with opportunities to influence go-to-market

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent with 4–7 years in category management, P&L, or related field.
• Experience with category management, cross-functional collaboration, and business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and finance to execute plans.
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance to identify improvements.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into improvements.
• Build relationships and represent the team at senior level with sales and partners.
• Oversee product line and quota management for key segments.
• Participate in partnerships with external IT vendors.
