Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel kitchens preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage canteen meals' preparation and minimize food waste.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas.
• Liaise with Executive Chef for food costs.
• Order foodstuffs and maintain stock.
• Report defects in kitchen equipment.

Connaissances

Proven experience as Canteen Chef / Banqueting Chef

Knowledge of pastas, seafood, meats, vegetables

Mandatory knowledge of HACCP

Proficiency in Italian and English

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Flexibility and manual dexterity

Team working and excellent time management

High attention to detail

Stress management skills
