Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to direct cafe sales and marketing efforts aligned with the operating strategy. This role supports the Senior Leadership Team and upholds brand standards while driving business objectives.

You will manage marketing initiatives, develop sales strategies across restaurant, retail, live music, and events, monitor budget, partner with departments, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistent brand execution.

Competenze

Experience in sales and marketing leadership within hospitality or retail.
Proven track record delivering marketing initiatives and revenue growth.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

Demonstrate financial comprehension of the cafe's budget and P&L.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives.
Create sales strategies to drive year-over-year entree count growth.
Manage marketing expenses in line with the budget.
Collaborate across departments to ensure brand standards and processes.
Market the multi-product line (restaurant, retail, live music, events) to diverse guests.
Lead and develop the team, setting goals and evaluating performance.
