Alpinestars is seeking a CAD Product Engineer in Asolo, Italy to lead 2D/3D modelling and manage production information flow between R&D and suppliers. You will drive accurate documentation, ensure QC alignment and liaise with internal/external stakeholders to optimise design quality.

The role requires CATIA proficiency, strong communication, and collaboration with production teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions and maintain standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineer is preferable.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience gained within the automotive and / or Sporting Goods industries.
• Solid 3D CAD knowledge in CATIA surface modelling is a must have.
• Good communicative skills.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• You will be delivering 2D/3D modelling for product engineering.
• You will be responsible for the production information flow management, facilitating communication and exchange of information between the R&D, internal and external stakeholders.
• Moreover, you will also establish LAB test requirement for each item necessary for our collections (plastic parts, mechanism), linked to Activity Plan properly set.
• You will collect Quality Control documentation for approval processes (QC drawing starting from available 3D files; PPT file for QC checking).
• You will also be responsible for labelling for approval to distribute to site production/ internal department, as per our QC procedure.
• You will communicate regularly with production site and nominated suppliers for R&D development activities (material samples / injected parts / technical datasheet alignment).
• You will discuss and implement corrective actions when required, so to maintain adherence to product design and prevent/resolve material and/or process-related defects.

Position
