Alpinestars is seeking a skilled Planning Manager to lead the Planning Department in Asolo, overseeing demand planning, inventory allocation, and production scheduling to optimise efficiency.

You will manage an international team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes and digital transformation initiatives.

Competenze

• In-depth knowledge of and extensive hands-on experience in working with Demand Planning principles, Inventory Management best practices and Production Planning.
• Solid international experience within complex product focused environments and used to working with a very high number of SKUs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage challenging and international stakeholders so to align them on business needs and actionable plans will be a must-have.
• Previous experience in managing a team, supporting them to grow, developing their skillsets as well as managing their performance.
• Previous experience in managing Demand System implementation projects or acting as a Key User for such systems will be greatly beneficial (i.e. SO99+ or similar).
• Previous experience in Digital Transformation projects will be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must-have.

Position We are looking for a skilled Planning Manager to take on the challenge and lead our Planning Department located in Asolo. You will lead and oversee all planning and scheduling activities to ensure an excellent level of efficiency in our operations, whilst also optimising workflow and enhancing productivity.
