Mind The Value is an international consulting company supporting global organizations in process optimization, SAP transformation, and technology implementation projects. The role is based in Milan, Italy within the Financial Performance Management area and requires 4+ years of SAP CO experience.

You will gather requirements, perform functional analysis, and drive optimization initiatives while coordinating with business stakeholders and project teams, including go-live activities and user

Competenze

• 4+ years of SAP CO experience.
• Strong knowledge of Controlling processes.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Support implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

• Hands-on SAP CO consulting experience
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, AMS, or transformation projects
• Previous experience in consulting companies or system integratorsApplications from candidates with experience only as SAP end-users may not align with the requirements of this role.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of SAP CO experience
• Strong knowledge of Controlling processes
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and project teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Support SAP CO functional analysis and configuration activities
• Drive Controlling process optimization initiatives
• Support implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live activities
• Coordinate activities with business stakeholders and project teams
• Prepare functional documentation and deliver user training
• Contribute to Business Unit growth initiatives and new opportunities

Experience in several of the following areas:

• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing & Material Ledger
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Planning & Budgeting
• Allocations and Assessments
• Integration between CO, FI, and Logistics
• SAP S/4HANA Controlling processes
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging or technical specifications is considered a plus.

Expected salary range: € 35,000 - € 45,000 gross annual salary, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
