Mind The Value cerca un SAP SD Functional Consultant per la sua sede di Milano. Il ruolo richiede 4 anni di esperienza pratica in SAP SD e background in contesti di consulenza o delivery SAP, con partecipazione a progetti di implementazione, rollout, AMS o post go‑live.

La risorsa sarà inserita nell’Unità Order to Cash, supportando analisi, configurazione e test, in un contesto internazionale e in continua crescita. Lingue richieste: italiano e inglese, contratto a tempo indeterminato.

Competenze

• 4 anni di esperienza hands-on con SAP SD
• precedente esperienza in società di consulenza, system integrator o ambiente di delivery SAP
• partecipazione a progetti SAP SD: implementazione, rollout, AMS o post go‑live
• conoscenza dei processi Order to Cash
• esperienza in analisi funzionale SAP SD, testing, documentazione e supporto agli utenti
• capacità di interagire con utenti di business e team tecnici
• conoscenza professionale di inglese e italiano

Mansioni

• Raccogliere e analizzare requisiti di Order to Cash
• Supporto all’analisi funzionale e alla progettazione SAP SD
• Contribuire a configurazione SAP SD e setup di sistema
• Supportare implementazione, rollout, AMS e attività post go‑live
• Redigere specifiche funzionali e documentazione di progetto
• Supportare attività di testing, UAT e risoluzione di difetti
• Interagire con stakeholder di business, team tecnici e project manager
• Supportare i key users tramite training, documentazione e guida operativa

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD


• Previous experience in a consulting company, system integrator or SAP project delivery environment


• Participation in SAP SD implementation, rollout, AMS or post go-live support projects


• Knowledge of Order to Cash processes


• Experience in SAP SD functional analysis, testing, documentation and user support


• Ability to interact with business users and technical teams


• Professional knowledge of English and Italian

This is not a pure business analyst, key user or SAP end-user role. The position requires practical SAP SD project experience.

Your Role

You will join our Order to Cash Business Unit and work on SAP projects focused on Sales & Distribution processes.

You will support clients in analyzing business requirements, designing SAP SD solutions, preparing functional documentation, supporting configuration activities, testing and post go-live phases.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements related to Order to Cash processes


• Support SAP SD functional analysis and solution design


• Contribute to SAP SD configuration and system setup under the guidance of senior consultants


• Support implementation, rollout, AMS and post go-live activities


• Prepare functional specifications and project documentation


• Support testing activities, UAT and defect resolution


• Interact with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers


• Support key users through training, documentation and operational guidance

Required SAP SD Knowledge

Candidates should have practical experience in some of the following areas:

• Sales Order Management


• Pricing and Condition Technique


• Delivery Processes


• Billing Processes


• Customer Master Data / Business Partner


• Output Management


• Copy Control


• Basic integration with FI and MM


• Testing, issue analysis and functional documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience on international SAP projects


• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA


• Knowledge of interfaces, IDoc or EDI scenarios


• Experience with ticketing tools and AMS processes


• Previous experience in client-facing consulting roles

Expected salary range: €35,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
