Mind The Value cerca un Senior SAP MM Consultant da inserire nel team Procure To Pay a Milano. La risorsa lavorerà su progetti SAP internazionali, supportando clienti in design, implementazione e ottimizzazione di processi di procurement e acquisto.

Il candidato ideale possiede una consolidata esperienza in SAP MM e nella gestione di requisiti complessi, interfacciandosi con stakeholder e team tecnici lungo l’intero ciclo di vita del progetto, dalla analisi alla go-live e post go-live.

Competenze

• 4+ anni di esperienza pratica su SAP MM.
• Esperienza in progetti di implementazione, rollout o trasformazione SAP.
• Conoscenza forte dei processi Procure To Pay.
• Competenza in analisi funzionale SAP MM e configurazione.
• Capacità di interagire con gli stakeholder di business.
• Conoscenza di SAP S/4HANA è un plus.
• Conoscenza di SAP FI e/o SAP SD integrati è un plus.
• Conoscenza di ABAP debugging di base.
• Ottima conoscenza di MS Office.
• Ottima padronanza dell'inglese e dell'italiano.

• Raccogliere e tradurre i requisiti di business in soluzioni SAP MM.
• Effettuare analisi funzionale e supportare la configurazione SAP MM.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP MM Consultant to join our Procure To Pay Business Unit.

The selected candidate will work on international SAP projects, supporting clients in the design, implementation and optimization of procurement and purchasing processes.

The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP MM, the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams and technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from process analysis and solution design to implementation and post go-live activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize Procure To Pay business processes
• Collect and translate business requirements into SAP MM solutions
• Perform functional analysis and support SAP MM configuration activities
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout and transformation projects
• Design process improvements and support solution evolution
• Manage testing activities, UAT and go-live phases
• Prepare functional documentation and project deliverables
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support junior consultants through knowledge sharing and project guidance

Requirements

Technical & Functional Skills

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP MM
• Previous experience in SAP implementation, rollout or transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of Procure To Pay processes
• Experience in SAP MM functional analysis and configuration
• Ability to interact directly with business stakeholders and understand business needs
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is considered a plus
• Knowledge of SAP FI and/or SAP SD integration is considered a plus
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is considered a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Professional working proficiency in English and Italian
