Mind The Value, an international consulting firm, seeks an SAP Project Manager to lead ERP initiatives in Milan, Italy. You will drive project delivery, align with business processes, and manage stakeholders across global teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years SAP experience, 4+ years IT project management, a Master’s degree, fluency in English and Italian, and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset. Permanent contract with growth opportunities.

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in the IT area.
• Background in managing implementation and roll-out projects.
• Master's degree in one of the specified faculties.
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes and Industry 4.0.
• Speak and write English fluently and Italian fluently.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP
• Previous experience of minimum 4 years of project management in the IT area
• Background in managing implementation and roll-out projects
• You have a master’s degree in one of the following faculties: Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Economics
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes
• Strong interest in Technology and Industry 4.0
• Speak and write English fluently
• Speak and write Italian fluently
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Desire to become a part of a growing environment

• Experience with BTP will be considered a plus

Expected Salary Range

€45,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, based on experience, technical expertise, autonomy, and responsibilities.
