Mind The Value cerca un Middle Business Analyst SAP FI per supportare progetti SAP FI in contesti internazionali e in trasformazione S/4HANA. La posizione è basata a Milano, con ruolo permanente e attività legate all’analisi funzionale, configurazione e gestione delle fasi di implementazione.

Il candidato ideale possiede 2-3 anni di esperienza SAP FI, conoscenza dei moduli principali, inglese professionale e attitudine analitica.

Competenze

• 2-3 anni di esperienza come consulente SAP FI.
• Esperienza in implementazione, rollout, AMS o trasformazioni SAP S/4HANA.
• Precedente esperienza in società di consulenza o system integrator.
• Conoscenza della lingua inglesa.
• Conoscenza ABAP debugging o altri linguaggi è un plus.

Mansioni

• Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti di business.
• Supportare l'analisi funzionale e la configurazione SAP FI.
• Contribuire a implementazioni, rollout, migrazione e ottimizzazione dei processi.
• Supportare test, UAT, go-live e attività post go-live.
• Preparare documentazione funzionale e fornire training agli utenti.
• Collaborare con stakeholder e team di progetto.
• Contribuire alla crescita della Business Unit e a nuove opportunità.

• Previous experience in consulting companies or system integrators

Role Information

Business Area: Financial Performance Management

Experience: 2-3 years

Contract: Permanent

Location: Milan, Italy

What you’ll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements


• Support SAP FI functional analysis and configuration


• Contribute to implementation, rollout, migration, and process optimization projects


• Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities


• Prepare functional documentation and deliver user training


• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams


• Contribute to Business Unit growth and new opportunities

You are likely a fit if you have

• 2-3 years of SAP FI consulting experience


• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and its main submodules


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects


• Understanding of financial and accounting processes


• Professional proficiency in English


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of ABAP debugging, technical specifications, or other programming languages is considered a plu

Expected Salary Range

€25,000-€35,000 gross annual salary, based on experience, technical expertise, autonomy, and responsibilities.
