Zenith Global, part of IQ-EQ, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Organization & Special Projects function in our Milan/Rome footprint. You will drive process improvements, manage contracts, and coordinate asset procurement while partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role offers flexible working and remote options up to three days per week, with the chance to influence governance and policy implementation across the function.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma required with relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional operations.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, with English fluency.

To strengthen its Organization & Special Projects team, Zenith Global is seeking a Business Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Organization & Special Projects and contribute to the continued development of the Function and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously improve business processes related to the procurement of company assets (IT equipment and telecommunications) and the delivery of support services.
• Coordinate and oversee procurement and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and organizational standards.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document administration, renewal tracking, and invoice processing.
• Coordinate the management of the company vehicle fleet and related operational activities.
• Support the review, update, and implementation of company policies and procedures, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their effectiveness and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency by analyzing operational workflows and recommending process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports and performance analyses to support process monitoring, operational effectiveness, and organizational compliance.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma.
• Solid understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional business operations.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in operational analysis and document management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
