Zenith Global, part of IQ-EQ, is seeking an Analyst in the Regulatory Reporting Department in Milan. The role focuses on AML maintenance, counterparty due diligence, and collaboration across departments to ensure regulatory compliance. Flexibility includes remote work up to three days per week.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Economics/Finance, with strong English, MS Office, and Excel skills, to support securitisation and reporting activities in a leading real estate finance environment.

To strengthen its 1st Line AML Team, Zenith Global is looking for an Analyst to join the Regulatory Reporting Department and support the team in the ongoing development of its activities, with a focus on the key areas of responsibility outlined below:

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper maintenance and updating of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Register;
• Carry out the necessary due diligence and risk profiling activities on the counterparties involved;
• Work closely and collaboratively with all departments involved in the relevant transactions, as required;
• Keep up to date with applicable regulations and regulatory developments.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Good knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
