Zenith Global, part of IQ-EQ, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Organization & Special Projects function in our Milan/Rome footprint. You will drive process improvements, manage contracts, and coordinate asset procurement while partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role offers flexible working and remote options up to three days per week, with the chance to influence governance and policy implementation across the function.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma required with relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional operations.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, with English fluency.

Mansioni

• Improve business processes related to procurement of assets and services.
• Coordinate procurement contracts and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage full contract lifecycle including renewals and invoicing.
• Oversee company vehicle fleet and related operations.
• Update and implement policies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analyze workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
• Prepare regular performance reports for compliance and oversight.
