Zenith Global, now part of IQ-EQ, a leading global investor services group, is seeking a Monitoring Agent Analyst to join the Back-up Servicing team in Milan. You will review transaction documentation for securitisation deals, perform data analysis and KPI monitoring, and prepare reporting for investors and sub-servicers under securitisation agreements.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Law, Economics, or related field, advanced Excel skills, and fluent English; Italian proficiency for minutes

To strengthen its Monitoring Agent Back-up Servicing team, Zenith Global is seeking an Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Monitoring Agent and contribute to the continued development of the Unit and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and analyse transaction documentation for securitisation deals in which Zenith Global acts as Monitoring Agent;
• Perform Monitoring Agent activities, including data analysis, KPI monitoring, and coordination with investors and special servicers, in accordance with the provisions of securitisation transaction agreements, primarily within GACS transactions;
• Prepare and deliver reporting to internal and external stakeholders in relation to transactions where Zenith Global acts as Monitoring Agent;
• As part of the Master Servicer oversight function, conduct due diligence activities on Sub-Servicers in compliance with Bank of Italy Circular No. 288 and the latest amendments to Law 130/1999, including the preparation of assessment reports and supporting documentation tailored to the specific asset classes and credit servicing structures, as well as their periodic review and update;
• Support the REOCO Asset Management team in the management and monitoring of real estate assets.

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Strong ability to prepare meeting minutes, reports, and formal documentation in both Italian and English;
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach;
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
